Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to send something back, we accept returns on defective items. These must be returned in their original container or packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

While food items are generally non-refundable due to health and safety standards, we may consider exceptions. In such cases, a 40% restocking fee will apply. Only unopened, sealed, or canned food products will be reviewed for eligibility.

All other merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To begin the return process, please contact us via email to: management@mibodeguitacubana.com and request a Return referencing your order number and which items wants to returns

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

We recommend returning items through UPS or USPS, and strongly advise using tracking and insurance for your protection in case of damage or loss during shipment.

We do not accept exchanges of the same merchandise or item back.

Refunds

If any of the products are not available at the time we process your order, we may contact you to try to change the item or make a refund for the amount that have this item out of stock. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at management@mibodeguitacubana.com.
